Test Code: T51
The T51 Advanced Toxicology Service is a combination of High-Resolution, Accurate Mass (HRAM) Library Screening and targeted Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) screening with UHPLC-MS/MS quantitative confirmation of positive analytes. This package includes quantification of > 225 common, illicit, and novel drugs and can be used to aid in determination of cause of death where there is suspicion of drug or pharmaceutical toxicity. This service includes quantification of volatiles.
A combination of Ultra-High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) coupled to Orbitrap based tandem Mass Spectrometry (MS/MS), UHPLC-TripleQuad (QqQ) MS/MS, and 2-column Headspace Gas Chromatography coupled to flame ionization diction (HS-GC-FID).
UHPLC-TripleQuad (QqQ) MS/MS confirmatory, quantitative methods and 2-column Headspace Gas Chromatography coupled to flame ionization diction (HS-GC-FID).
Screening for this assay is setup Mon., Wed., and Fri. while quantitative confirmations are run Mon-Fri.
