We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our sales team as an Associate. This position will be responsible for:

• Contacts and communicates with current or prospective clients to sell MolecularDx testing services.
• Work with business development team to grow and develop sales opportunities.
• Work with other sales personnel to coordinate sales opportunities.
• Work with new clients and the client services team to provide and maintain service expectations.
• Communicate client needs to business development and operations staff.
• Work with operations staff to learn service details and maintain up to date services catalog and information sheets.
• Document client information and interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School degree or similar qualifications at a minimum.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Adherence to all company procedures.
• Self-directed individual with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team as a forensic science technician. This position will be responsible for:

• Prepare biological specimens for analysis.
• Run and maintain analytical instrumentation including GC-MS and LC-MS.
• Develop analytical methods for novel assays
• Maintaining evidence, to include custody and control to meet legal and laboratory standards.
• Preparation and documentation of reagents and quality control materials.
• Participate in proficiency assays and relevant quality control programs.
• Follow quality control statistics and administer corrective actions.
• Assist with safety audits and record keeping throughout the laboratory
• Assist with laboratory accreditation including preparation for audit and maintenance.
• Participate in staff meetings.
• Assist with laboratory housekeeping duties such as biohazardous waste and cleaning of glassware, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Medical Laboratory Technician or Associates/Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or forensic science
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Adherence to all company procedures and safety polices.
• Experience in forensic toxicology using analytical instrumentation is a plus.
• Knowledge of standardized laboratory procedures and accreditation requirements is a plus.
